Baltimore and Southern Railroad Company, as the same
was enacted by the Act of 1896, chapter 271, so as to ex-
tend the time for the completion of said railroad. "

Senate bill No. 375, entitled "An Act to amend the
charter of the American Bonding and Trust Company of
Baltimore city, and to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments, section 3, of chapter 252, of the Acts of 1894, in-
corporating said company under the name of the Amer-
ican Banking and Trust Company of Baltimore city, and
to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, sub-section 2,
of section 1, of chapter 41, of the Acts of 1896, amend-
ing the charter of said company, and changing its name
to that of 'The American Bonding and Trust Company of
Baltimore City, ' and to increase the capital stock of said
company, and to enlarge the powers of its officers. "
