to borrow money for that purpose, to issue bonds for the
payment of the same, and to levy taxes on the assessable
property in said county to redeem said bonds and to pay
the interest thereon. "

Mr. Collins, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill entitled ''An Act to more definitely define
the waters in Talbot county where oysters may be taken
with scrape, scoop or dredge, by residents of Talbot
county. "

House bill entitled "An Act to prohibit the clerk of the
Circuit Court for Talbot county from issuing license to
any person or company of circus riders, equestrian per-
formers or to any person or company to exhibit for re-
ward any animal or animals or natural or artificial curi-
osities (except models of useful inventions) during the
months of August, September and October (except to fair
associations or persons authorized by them) and provid-
ing penalties for such unlicensed exhibitions. "

numbered 142, 143, 145, 150, 152, 155, 156, 157, 158 and
159, of chapter 180, of the Acts of Assembly of 1890, en-
titled 'An Act to repeal sections 142, 143, 145, 150, 152,
155, 156, 157, 158, 159, 183, 186, 187 and 192, of Article
13, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Harford
County, ' sub-title 'Havre-de Grace, ' and to re-enact the
same with amendments, and to repeal sections 175 and
176, of said sub-title, and to add new sections to such
sub-title, to be numbered '150 A, 150 B, 150 C, 150 D,
152 A, 155 A, 155 B, 156 A, 1. 57 A, 157 B, 157 C, 158 A,
158 B and 159 A, and to authorize and empower the
Mayor and City Council of Havre-de-Grace to issue bonds
to the amount of $20, 000 to raise money to extinguish
