mence the recounting of said ballots on Tuesday next,
January 23d, at 2 P. M., and therefore suggests the pas-
sage of the following order:

Ordered by the House of Delegates, That Charles
Lake, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Dorchester county,
produce the ballot boxes containing the ballots cast at
the election held in said Dorchester county, on the
seventh day of November last, before the Committee on
Elections of the House of Delegates at the State House,
in the city of Annapolis, on Tuesday, January the 23rd,
next, at 2 P. M.

And it is further ordered, That a certified copy of this
order be forthwith served upon the said Charles Lake,
Clerk of the Circuit Court for Dorchester county, by the
Sergeant-at-Arms of the House of Delegates.
