House bill entitled "An Act to provide for a sanitary
officer for the Thirteenth Election District of Baltimore
county. "

Mr. Radcliffe, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill entitled "An Act to amend Article 1, of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, entitled 'Alle-
gany County, ' sub-title 'Dogs, ' and to add additional sec-
tion thereto to be known as 100 A, 100 B, 100 C, 100 D,
100 E, 100 F, 100 G, 100 H and 100 I. '"

Mr. Finzel, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 176, chap-
ter 25, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, passed at the January session 1898, known as the
