lion. Mr. Choate, of Baltimore county, then adminis-
tered the oath of office to the Speaker-elect, who sub-
scribed the same on the test book of the House of Dele-
gates.

The Speaker, in accordance with the custom of the
House, directed that the members-elect be severally
called and qualified by delegations.

The following members-elect were then severally quali-
fied by the Speaker in the presence of each other by
taking the oath of office prescribed by the Constitution,
and subscribed the same in the test book of the House of
Delegates:

Allegany County—Albert Frenzel, Joseph Radcliffe,
William Close, J. H. Critchfield, E. Earl Graff.

Anne Arundel County—Milton Ditty, J. Frank Krems,
Byron Phelps, James D. Feldmeyer.

Baltimore City—First Legislative District—Harold B.
Scrimger, Christopher J. Dunn, Frank J. Gately, George
L. Brown, August C. Mencke, Forrest Bramble.

Second Legislative District—Aloysius Leo Knott,
Martin Lehmayer, Ferdinand C. Latrobe, John L. San-
ford, Francis P. Curtis, William Duncan.

Third Legislative District—Oscar C. Martenet, Charles
E. Seigmund, William L. Cover, Adoniram J. Robinson,
John Real, William A. Johnson.

Baltimore County—Edward S. W. Choate, Redmond
C. Stewart, George W. Truitt, Henry P. Mann, Joseph
Sandman, Joseph Jeffers.

Cecil County—Frank H. Mackie, Samuel J. Keys, John
H. Kimble.

Caroline County—Calvin Satterfield, J. Frank Lednum.

Carroll County—Ernest M. Anderson, Milton M. Nor-
ris, Samuel H. Hoffacker, Michael E. Walsh.
