timore county, deceased, and the codicil thereto and also
to the bequest made by and contained in the last will
and testament and codicil thereto of Eliza Jane Cantler,
late of Baltimore county, deceased, and ratifying and con-
firming the said bequests in the will of the said John
Cantler to the Seminary at Pittsburg, Penn., which is
under the charge and control of the Reformed Presby-
terian Church of North America, and to the boards of
Foreign and Home Missions of said church, and also to
the congregation established in Baltimore, Maryland, of
said church. "

House bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower
any person or firm who may have procured a license to
sell spirituous or fermented liquors in Carroll county
under chapter 6 of the Acts passed at the January ses-
sion of the General Assembly, 1894, to transfer and as-
sign such license to be used at the same place to any
person who is eligible to procure a license under said
chapter 6 of the Acts of 1894. "

Commissioners of Charles county to levy a sum of money
to set up mile posts on the public roads of Charles coun-
ty and to place hand boards at principal road crossings. "

opening the polling places in the several election districts
of Calvert county, and directing the judges of election
to begin the election and open the polls at 6 o'clock in
the morning, at each polling place in the several election

afternoon of the same day. "
