On motion of Mr. Perkins,
L«ave was granted to the Prince George's county

delegation to introduce a bill entitled "A bill to empower
the County Commissioners of Prince George's county to
sell a school house in the Fourteenth Election district of
said county. "

On motion of Mr. Dudley, of Talbot,
Leave was granted to the Talbot county delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to provide for general
index to wills, executors' and administrators' accounts,
distributions and inventories in the office of the Register
of Wills for Talbot county, Maryland. "

On motion of Mr. Cover (by request),
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled ''An Act to pay Daniel
Bendann of Baltimore, the sum of $512 and interest,
owing him by the State of Maryland. "

On motion of Mr. Hutton,

Leave was granted to the Montgomery county delega-
tion to introduce a bill to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Montgomery county to furnish anti-toxine to
indigent patients. "

On motion of Mr. Long,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland, to the
bequest to the Manor Cemetery of Washington county,
contained in the last will and testament of William
James, late of Washington county, Maryland. "

On motion of Mr. Finzel,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Hygiene to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to sanction and regulate
the sale of oleomargarine in Allegany county. "

On motion of Mr. Walsh,

Leave was granted to the Carroll county delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re enact

with amendments sections 139 and 143, of Article 7, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Carroll County, '
sub-title 'Roads, ' as amended by chapter 75, of the Acts
of 1896. "
