Joint resolution in regard to the Maryland and Vir-
ginia boundary along the Potomac River.

Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore to issue the stock of said
corporation to an amount not exceeding $1, 350, 000 for
the purpose of providing a public lighting plant to sup-
ply light to said city, and to the inhabitants thereof, and
to authorize the submission of an ordinance for that pur-
pose to the legal voters of said city. "

more city delegation.

Senate bill entitled "An Act to refund to John R. Ben-
ton, of Queen Anne's county, a sum of money erroneously
paid by him into the State Treasury. "

Which was read a first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Claims.

Senate bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Con-
sumers' Electric Light, Gas, Heat and Power Company
of Frederick county. "

Also,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to grant and declare the
sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Mary-
land to the bequest of the Wesley Chapel Methodist
Episcopal Church, of Annapolis, Md., as contained in the
last will and testament of Joseph S. M. Basil, late of
Anne Arundel county, deceased. "

mittee on Judiciary.

House bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to
Article 8, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Cecil
County, ' under the new sub-title 'Bills of Exchange and
