On motion of Mr. Collins,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 10,
Article 28, of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title 'Courts, ' sub-title 'Appointment of Surveyor, '
and re-enact the same with amendment. "

On motion of Mr. Hopkins,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to appropriate
a sum of money for the support of the Aberdeen Acad-
emy. "

On motion of Mr. Stewart,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Game and Fish
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments, section 73, and sections 75 to 78, both
inclusive, of Article 39 of the Code of Public General Laws,
title 'Fish and Fisheries, ' sub-title 'Trout and other
Fish, ' and to add certain new sections to said Article, to
follow section 78, to be designated sections 78 A, 78 B, 78
C, 78 D, 78 E, 78 F and 78 G. "

On motion of Mr. Smith,

Leave was granted to the Queen Anne's delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add an additional
section to the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Queen
Anne's County, ' new sub-title 'County Treasurer, ' etc. "

On motion of Mr. Graeff,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to in-
troduce a bill entitled "An Act to refund to Benj. F,
Middleton, $10. 26 erroneously paid by him into the
State Treasury as tax collector of Allegany county. "

On motion of Mr. Corkran,

Leave was granted to the Dorchester delegation to in-
troduce a bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the town
of Secretary, Dorchester county, and to provide for the
government thereof. "
