each of the newspapers in the State of Maryland, a copy
of the Journal of each session of this House, also a copy
to the City Librarian of Baltimore city, to the Mayor of
Baltimore city and to the several Boards of County Com-
missioners throughout the State, and the postmaster is
authorized to furnish the printer with the necessary
stamps.
