Act to amend the charter of the Agricultural and Mechani-
cal Association of Washington county. "

House bill entitled "An Act to authorize the qualified
voters of Pocomoke city, Worcester county, to decide by
ballot whether or not coupon bonds not exceeding the
amount of $8, 000, shall be issued by said city for the
purpose of providing a proper electric light plant for
said city. "
