Mr. Latrobe, from the Committee on Ways and Means,
reported unfavorably,

House bill entitled "An Act for the relief of certain
farmers of Prince George's county, Maryland, who were
severely damaged by the wind and hail storm which
passed over sections of said county on August 3, 1899,
and to appropriate a sum of money therefor, "

Mr. Contee moved to substitute the bill for the un-
favorable report.
