unfavorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to amend Article 27, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title 'Crimes and Punish-
ments, ' sub-title 'Health, ' by adding thereto two ad-
ditional sections, to follow section 147 G, to be numbered
'Sections 147 D and 147 E, ' respectively, and to be pre-
ceded by the heading 'Second-hand Bottles or Jugs. '"

Which unfavorable report was adopted.

Mr. Lehmayer, from the Committee on Judiciary, re-
ported unfavorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 127, 128
129 and 130, of Article 93, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title 'Testamentary Law, ' sub-title 'Distribution, '
and re-enact the same with amendments. "
