Leave was granted to Committee on Judiciary to the in-
troduce a bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of the State of
Maryland to the gift, bequest and devise contained in
the last will and testament of Jane S. W. Graham, late
of the State of Pennsylvania, deceased, of the rest, resi-
due and remainder of her estate to the American Bible
Society, and the American Tract Society, of the city of
New York, so far as such portion of her estate is within
the State of Maryland.
On motion of Mr. Proctor,
Leave was granted to the Harford county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 61
and 63, of Article 13, of the Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title " Harford County, " sub-title " County Commis-
sioners, " and, to re-enact the same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Long,
Leave was granted to the Washington county delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section
330, of Article 22, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Washington County, " sub-title "Roads, "
and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Washington and Allegany
county delegations to introduce a bill entitled "An Act
authorizing the County Commissioners of Washington
county to contract with the County Commissioners of
Allegany county in regard to a change to be made in the
Stottlemeyer road. "
On motion of Mr. Hopkins,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 146 D,
of Article 81, of the Code of Public General Laws, as
enacted by the Act of 1898, chapter 501. "
