The House considered the Order of the Day, being
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 146 A,
146 B, 146 G, 146 D, 146 E and 146 F, of Article 81, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title ' Revenue and
Taxes, ' as amended by chapter 120, of the Acts of As-
sembly in the year 1896, and chapters 313 and 505, of
the Acts of Assembly in the year 1898. "

Mr. Wolfe moved that the bill be made the Special
Order for to-morrow at 1. 30 P. M.

Which motion was adopted.

The House took up the Order of the Day, which had
been set for 2 P. M., being

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 247, of Article 27, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title 'Crimes and Punishments, '
sub-title 'Sabbath Breaking. '"

The matter was postponed, and made the Special Order
