On motion of Mr. Mitchell,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 252, of
Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Crimes and Punishment, ' sub-title 'Telegraphs, " and to
re-enact the same with amendments. "
On motion of Mr. Robinson,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add two additional
sections to Article 27, of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled 'Crimes and Punishments, ' under the new
sub-title 'Protection of Employees, ' to come in after sec-
tion 169, and to be known as '169 X and 169 Y, ' to forbid
employers from restraining and preventing employees
from joining Labor Organizations, and providing a pen-
alty for the violation thereof. "
On motion of Mr. Long,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal sec-
tion 31, of Article 81, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title 'Revenue and Taxes, 'sub-title 'Collectors, ' and
to re-enact the same with amendments. "
On motion of Mr. Long,
Leave was granted to the Washington county delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add additional
sections to Article 22, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title 'Washington County, ' sub-title 'County Commis-
