On motion of Mr. Krems, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Ditty be excused from this even-
ing's session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Bramble, it was

Ordered, That Messrs. Brown and Dunn be excused
from to-night's session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Norman, it was

Ordered, That Messrs. Smith and Dudley, of Queen
Anne's, be excused from to night's session.

On motion of Mr. Johnson, it was

Ordered, That John Real be excused from to-night's
session on account of sickness.

On motion of Mr. Feldmeyer, it was
