NIGHT SESSION.

MONDAY, Feb. 26th, 1900.

The House met at 8 P. M,, and was opened with prayer
by the Rev. Edward C. Allard.

Present at the call of the roll the following members:

Feldmeyer, Simmons, Walbach, of G., Lancaster, Truitt,
of Baltimore county; Mann, Sandman, Jeffers, Ward,

Wor.; Truitt, of Wor-; Buckey, Bast, Lakin, Brown,
of Frederick; Mitchell, Proctor, Hopkins, Foster, Satter-
field, Lednum, Scrimger, Gately, Mencke, Bramble, San-
ford, Knott, Lehmayer, Latrobe, Curtis, Duncan, Mar-
tenet, Robinson, Johnson, Long, Staley, Biggs, Wolfinger.

The Journal of the 21st was read and approved.

PETITIONS, MEMORIALS AND OTHER PAPERS.

Mr. Jeffers presented the petition of Rev. R. W. Ed-
wards and 18 other citizens of Baltimore county, against
any change in the Sunday laws.

Also,

The petition of James B. Robinson and 21 other citi-
zens of Baltimore county against any change in the Sun-
day laws.

Also,

The petition of Rev. Thomas S. Long and 12 other
citizens of Baltimore county against any change in the
Sunday laws.

Which were severally read and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judiciary.
