On motion of Mr. Duncan,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the
West Baltimore Bank. "

On motion of Mr. Waters,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 136, of
Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Crimes and Punishments, ' sub-title 'Gunning, ' as repealed
and re-enacted by chapter 655, of the Acts of 1892, and
re-enact the same with amendments. "

On motion of Mr. Truitt, of Baltimore county,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Hygiene to

introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 11, of

Article 23, of the Public General Laws of Maryland, title

'Dentistry, ' and to re-enact the same with amendments. "

On motion of Mr. Critchfield,

Leave was granted to the Allegany county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to amend Article 1,
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, entitled
'Allegany County, ' sub-title 'Dogs, " to add additional
sections thereto, &c. '"

On motion of Mr. Wolfinger,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 10, of
Article 36, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Fees of Officers, ' sub-title 'Attorneys, ' and to re-enact
the same with amendment. ' "

On motion of Mr. Smith,

Leave was granted to the Queen Anne's delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act empowering and direct-
ing the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's county
to build water closet and laboratory on the public grounds
in Centreville. "

On motion of Mr. Walbach.

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
