On motion of Mr. Collins,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and Its Tributaries to introduce a bill entitled "An
Act to repeal and re-enact chapter 445 of the Acts of
1894, and to re-enact the same, so as to allow Dorchester
boats to scrape in the waters of the Great Choptank
river, lying and being in said county. "
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and Its Tributaries to introduce a bill entitled "An
Act to repeal and re-enact certain sections of the Code of
Public Laws, title 'Talbot County and Dorchester County, '
so as to prevent scraping in common in the Great Chop-
tank river, and to regulate the catching of oysters with
scrapers in the waters of Talbot county. "
On motion of Mr. Pattison,
Leave was granted to the Dorchester county delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to authorize the
Register of Wills of Dorchester county to make a gen-
eral index of certain records of his office. "
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to appropriate
a sum of money for the purpose of repairing and refurn-
ishing the Executive Mansion. "
On motion of Mr. Martenet,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Mean 3 to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to provide
additional revenue for the State of Maryland by impos-
ing a license fee upon the officers, agents and represen-
tatives, servants or employees of foreign breweries do-
ing business in this State. "
On motion of Mr. Feldmeyer,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Temperance to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 184 N, of Article 2, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Anne Arundel County, '
sub-title 'Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks. ''"
