On motion of Mr. Knott,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and Its Tributaries, to introduce a bill entitled "An
Act to incorporate the Maryland Experimental Oyster
Planting Company of the State of Maryland, and to
grant certain rights to the said corporation for leasing
lands of the State for oyster planting. "
On motion of Mr. Satterfield,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary, to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act in relation to the dese-
cration, mutilation or improper use of the flag of the
United States. "

Also, (by request),

Leave was granted to the Committee on Elections, to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add 5 new sections
to Article 33, of the Code of Public General Laws, of
Maryland, entitled 'Elections, ' as re-enacted by chapter
202 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of
1896, to be numbered '63 A, 63 B, 63 C, 63 D and 63 E, '
and to follow section 63. "
On motion of Mr, Cover,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to

introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 32, of

Article 9, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled

'Attachment, ' and to re-enact the same with amendments. "

On motion of Mr. Martenet,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to protect the citi-
zens of this State from the impositions of fake corpora-
tions. "

House bill entitled "An Act to add an additional sec-
