writing executed and delivered by trustee or trustees to
whom any estate, real, personal or mixed, shall have been
limited or conveyed for the benefit of creditors, or to be
sold for any other purpose where such trustee or trustees
have failed to comply with the requirements of section
205, of Art. 16, of the Maryland Code of Public General
Laws, in giving bond with but one surety. "

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

After word "Act" in line 37, insert the words "provi-
ded, nevertheless, that nothing in this act shall operate
to divest any lien or claims upon property passing under
such trustee's deed which may now exist, or which may
hereafter arise for the benefit and protection of any
cestui que trust where the purchase money may not have
been properly applied. "

House bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Board of
County School Commissioners of Carroll county, to re-
fund to Mary A. Hoff, of Carroll county, State of Mary-
land, widow of Levi B. Hoff, of said county and State,
deceased, $43. 75, less 5 per cent., for money paid by the
said Levi B. Hoff, in his lifetime for an unused hotel
liquor license, issued in said Carroll county. "

grossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction of the
General Assembly of Maryland, to the grant of a parcel
of land described in a deed from Sarah J. Morris to the
trustees of Mount Zion Methodist Episcopal Church, in
Harford county, dated the 3rd day of January, 1900, and
recorded among the Land Records of Harford county, in
Liber W. S. F., No. 98, folio 378. "
