House bill entitled "An Act to make valid the sales
made and the deeds, devises and other instruments of
writing executed and delivered by trustee or trustees to
whom any estate, real, personal or mixed, shall have been

sold for any other purpose where such trustee or trustees
has failed to comply with the requirements of section
205, of Article 16, of the Maryland Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, in giving bond with but one security. "
