reported favorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to refund to certain col-
lectors of State taxes herein mentioned, moneys errone-
ously paid into the State Treasury. "

House bill, entitled "An Act to regulate the mode of
payment of all appropriations made by the State to any
associations or incorporated institutions maintained for
industrial, educational, medical, humane or charitable
purpose. "

School Commissioners of Dorchester county, to establish
a High School in the the town of Hurlock in said county
