provisions in lieu thereof. "

Article 81, of the Code of Public General Laws, as en-

'An Act to incorporate the New York Mining Company,
passed at December session, 1844, chapter 220, and the
supplement thereto, passed at December session, 1846,
chapter 123, and the Act to alter and amend the said
original Act of incorporation, and supplements thereto,
passed at January session, 1853, chapter 70, and the Act
to alter, amend and extend the said original Act of incor-
poration, and the supplements thereto, passed at January
session, 1874, chapter 110, for the period of thirty years. "
