On motion of Mr. Scrimger,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 31, of Article 9, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title 'Attachments, ' sub-title 'At-
tachments by Justices against non-resident or abscond-
ing debtors. ' "

introduce a bill entitled "An Act granting and declaring
the sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland to

General Laws, title 'Testamentary Laws, ' sub-title 'Dis-

Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to appropriate
a sum of money to the Commissioners of Fisheries of
Maryland, for the purpose of enabling them to rear and
distribute English or Mongolian Pheasants, for the pur-
pose of stocking this State. "
