said section applying to the unauthorized transaction of
insurance business in this State "

ditional sections to Article 23, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title ' Corporations, ' sub-title ' Insurance

tion 126 B, ' of said Article, said additional sections being
intended to prevent the payment of commissions to un-
licensed agents or solicitors.
