delegation.

The Speaker presented the report of the Baltimore
City Police Commissioners for 1898 and 1899.

ORDERS.

On motion of Mr. Walsh, it was

Ordered, That E. M. Anderson, of Carroll county, be
excused from attendance at to-day's session.

On motion of Mr. Staley, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Wolfinger be excused on account of
important business.

On motion of Mr. Long, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Biggs be excused from to-day's
session on account of sickness.

On motion of Mr. Feldmeyer, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Krems be excused from to-day's
session on account of important business.

On motion of Mr. Radcliffe, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Frenzel be excused from to-day's
session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Linthicum, it was,
Ordered, That Mr. Corkran be excused from attend-
ance at to-day's session.

On motion of Mr. Bramble, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Brown, of Baltimore city, be ex-
cused from attendance at to-day's session.

On motion of Mr. Scrimger, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Mencke be excused from attend-
ance at to-day's session.

On motion of Mr. Robinson, it was

Ordered, That Messrs. Charles E. Siegmund, William
Cover and John Real be excused from attendance on
morning session on account of important business.

On motion of Mr. Roberts, it was

Ordered, that Mr. Garner be excused from to-day's
session on account of important business.
