said index under a different system into a new and sub-
stantial book from the year 1842 to 1844, inclusive; to

sale from the year 1880 to 1900, inclusive; to make a
general index for magistrates' judgments from the year
1800 to 1900, inclusive; to make a general index for mar-
riage licenses from the year 1800 to 1900, inclusive; to
make a general index for all equity proceedings, and to
have Chancery Docket D. C. B., No. 1, rebound and re-
paired, and to re-copy the index in said Chancery
Docket. "
