title 'Baltimore County, ' sub-title 'County Treasurer, '
and to re-enact the same with amendments so as to read
as follows.

to read as follows. "

After the title of the bill insert the following words.

"Section 1. And be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the 44th section of Article 3, of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Balti-
more County, ' sub-title 'County Treasurer, ' be and the
same are hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read
as follows. "

tion, " arid insert the words "and be it enacted that. "
