House bill entitled "An Act to enlarge the corporate
limits of the city of Cumberland, in Allegany county, and
to provide for the re-location of Fayette street from
Brooke avenue in Read's addition to said city, and the
extension of said Fayette street, commonly known as
Sulphur Spring Hallow Road, to its inter-section with
the old National pike or Green street extending in said
city, and to provide for the grading, paving or macada-
mizing, sewering and otherwise improving said Fayette
street and the extension of the same, commonly known
as 'Sulphur Spring Hollow Road, ' within the proposed
extended corporate limits, and to provide for the pay-
ment of the costs of said improvement. "
