House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sub-section 2, of
chapter 224, of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, as passed at the January Session of 1896, and
to re-enact the same with amendments, so as to prohibit
the catching of crabs with scoops, scrapes, drags, dreges
or similar instruments above a certain line in the waters
of Fishing Bay, and to provide a penalty therefor, by
adding a new section. "
