Mr. Buckey, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to provide for the repair
of the public roads of Emmitsburg District in Frederick
county. "

Which was read a second time.

Mr. Duncan, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

Senate bill entitle I "An Act to ratify and confirm the
ordinance of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore
city, No. 32, approved February 8th, 1900, supplementary
to and re-amendment of Ordinance No. 18, approved
March 9th, 1898. "
Which was read a second time.

Mr. Clark, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 254 of
the Acts of 1888, to incorporate the town of Barnesville,
in Montgomery county. "

Which was read a second time.

Mr. Choate, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill entitled "An Act to provide additional rev-
enue for the State of Maryland by imposing a wagon
license fee upon all brewers and bottlers who supply
others than licensed dealers with any form or variety of
malted liquors. "

Which unfavorable report was adopted.

bly, with proposed amendments,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 6, 15
and 18, of chapter 495 of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland of the session of 1898, entitled an Act
to repeal and re-enact with amendments the charter of
the town of Brunswick, in Frederick county, as said
charter was enacted by chapter 577 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
Session of 1890, and amended by chapter 520 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of 1894, and by chapter 380 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of 1896, and to re-en-
