House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 30 of
Article 9 of the Code of Public General Laws, title 'At-
tachments, ' sub-title 'Attachments Issued by justices of
the Peace, ' and to re enact the same with amendments so
as to authorize the attachment by way of execution of
one-half of the wages or hire of laborers and employes. "
