Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 79, as
re-enacted by chapter 281, of the Acts of 1890, and re-
pealed and re-enacted by chapter 103 of the Acts of
1894, 80, 81 and 82, of Article 2, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title 'Anne Arundel County, ' sub-title 'Birds,
Game and Foxes, ' as repealed and re-enacted by chapter
103, of the Acts of 1894, so far as said section relates to
Anne Arundel county, and to re-enact the same with
amendments. "

Gentlemen of the Senate:

We propose, with your concurrence, the appointment
of a Joint Special Committee of five, three on the part of
the House and two on the part of the Senate, to investi-
gate and to report to the General Assembly upon the
affairs of St. John's College, Annapolis, in accordance
with Resolution No. 41, of the General Assembly of
1832.
