Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 556 of
the Act of the General Assembly of 1894, entitled 'An
Act to prohibit the shooting of wild water fowl from sink
boats or from any other boats or craft on the Elk and
Bohemia rivers in Cecil county, and to repeal sections
361 to 370, inclusive, of Article 8 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title 'Cecil County, ' sub-title 'Wild Fowl. '"

Mr. Clark, from Select Committee, reported unfavor-
ably,

House bill entitled "An Act to enable the registered
voters of each election district of Montgomery county to
determine by ballot whether spirituous or fermented liq-
uors or eider shall be sold in said county or in any elec-
tion district or districts thereof. "

Mr. Feldmeyer, from Select Committee, reported un-
favorably,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to
Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Anne
Arundel County, ' sub-title 'Gaming, ' to be designated as
"Section 276, ' and to follow section 275. enacted by chap-
ter 290, Acts 1898. "

orably,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Caroline county to issue bonds to the
amount not to exceed the sum of $8, 000 for the purpose
of rebuilding a part of the Dover bridge, and to levy a
tax on the assessable property of Caroline county for the
payment of the same. "
