Amend by adding at, the end of line 224 of the printed
bill, the following:

"Said commissioner on behalf of the State of Mary-
land to be appointed by the Governor to co-operate with
the commissioner appointed on behalf of the State of
Pennsylvania and the Superintendent of the United
States Coast and Geodetic Survey in re-establishing said
line. "
