GENTLEMEN: —Under and by virtue of the provisions
of chapter 280, of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, session of 1898, we hereby submit, a list of
the names of such collectors of State taxes as show an
overpayment into the State Treasury, and recommend
the passage of a bill authorizing1 the refunding of the
same, under section 33, Article 3, of the Constitution.
