House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 5 of
chapter 370 of the Acts of 1898. "

Mr. Close, from Select Committee, reported favorably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Frederick county to issue
bonds bearing interest at a rate not to exceed three and
one half per centum per annum, to obtain money to redeem
the sixty-five thousand dollars of bonds, bearing interest
at four per centum per annum, issued by said county
commissioners under the Act of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at the session of 1884, chapter 494,
and also to redeem the one hundred and twenty-three
thousand and seven hundred dollars of bonds, bearing
interest at four per centum per annum, issued by said
county commissioners under the Act of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, passed at the session of 1886, chap-
ter 259, both of which issues of bonds are now redeem-
able and may be paid by said county commissioners and
to authorize and empower the said county commissioners
to levy and collect the necessary taxes for the payment
of the bonds authorized to be issued and the interest
thereon. "

Local Laws, title 'Anne Arundel County, ' sub-title 'Stock
and Swine, ' and to re-enact same with amendments. "

ably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to create a Board of County
Road Commissioners for Prince George's county, Mary-
land, who shall have charge of all public roads and
bridges of said county, to provide for the maintenance of
same; and to repeal sections 278, 278 A, to 290, both in-
clusive, title 'Roads, ' of Article 17, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title 'Prince George's County, ' sections 1, 2,
13, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24, of Article 23, of the Code of
