the privilege at any time to increase the amount of cap-
ital stock to an amount not exceeding $10, 000 should two
thirds of the stockholders approve said increase, each
share, of said increase capital stock to be of $10 each. "

mittee on Roads and Highways,

House bill entitled "An Act to permit all turnpike
companies incorporated under the General Laws of the
State or by the Act of Assembly, to charge tolls upon
all vehicles or conveyances propelled by other than horse
power. "

Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Roads and Highways.

Also, favorably, with request that same be sent to Com-
mittee on Chesapeake Bay and Its Tributaries.

House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Chesa-
peake and Patuxent Oyster Company. "

House bill entitled "An Act to add two new sections
to be designated '149 A, 149 B, ' to Article 27 of the Code
of Public General Laws, title 'Crimes and Punishments, '

under the sub-title 'Health, ' to be preceded by the word
'Calves. '"

Also unfavorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to amend Article 27 of the
Code of Public General Laws, title 'Crimes and Punish-
ments, ' sub title 'Health, ' by adding thereto three
additional sections, to follow section 147 C, to be
numbered 'Sections 147 D, 147 E and 147 F, ' respectively,
and to be preceded by the heading 'Second-Hand Bottles
or Jars. '"
