re-place the electric fans over the doors leading into the
lobby, to better ventilate the House of Delegates Cham-
ber.

Mr. Scrimger submitted the following order:
Ordered, That whereas the assistant engrossing clerks
I of this House and the Engrossing Committee have ren-
dered faithful, efficient and arduous services during the
session of this Legislature, and will be compelled to re-
main for extra service after the adjournment of the ses-
sion; be it ordered, That in consideration of services to
be performed after said session, that the assistant engros-
sing clerks, namely: Charles J. Byrne, Charles F. Tank-
ersly, F. B. Beall, Frank R. Kent, B. M. Hartle, G. W.
Emerich, T. H. Barnes, J. Fred Orem, Alonzo Sellman,
Henry Kroeger, F. P. Cavanaugh, Taylor Baker, Sr., B.
Ker and Benjamin Watts; and that each member of the
Standing Committee on Engrossed Bills and J. H. Waller,
Albert J. Long and Charles C. Waters, and Chief Clerk of
