Mr. Hutton submitted the following order:

Ordered, That the Montgomery county delegation re-
port House bill, File No. 921, local bill, by 1 o'clock to-
day.

Which was rejected.

Mr. Sanford submitted the following order:

Ordered, That John Sullivan, janitor of the House be
paid two dollars per day for forty-two days.

Which was ruled out of order.
Mr. Bennett submitted the following order:

Ordered, That Mr. J. E. Henry, postmaster of the

House of Delegates be paid the sum of fifty dollars to

keep the postoffice open for the accommodation of the

Engrossing Committee, and clerks after the close of the

session.

Mr. Ditty submitted the following order.

Ordered, That Henry Campbell and Wm. Medford, be
paid $30 each, for services rendered as janitors of House
of Delegates, from the 16th until the 23rd of January,
1900.

Ordered, That George Parkinson be paid $45 for nine
days services rendered the House of Delegates in com-
mittee rooms.

Claims.

Mr. Feldmeyer, submitted the following order:
Ordered, That Jones & Franklin be paid the sum of

$7. 30 for supplies for House of Delegates as per bill.
Which was read and referred to the Committee on

Claims.

Mr. Mencke submitted the following order:
Ordered, That $40 be paid to John Jacobs, Mathias
