2. Amend by striking out the words "Pickerel or wall-
eyed Pike, " sometimes called Pike-Perch or California
Salmon" in lines 11 and 12 of said bill.

3. Amend by adding the word "wilfully" after the
word "shall" on line 20 of said bill.

4. Amend by adding the words "for sale or for fertil-
izing purposes" after the word "State" on line 21 of said
bill.

4 1/2. Amend by inserting the word "wilfully" after the
word "shall'' on line 49 of the bill.

5. Amend by adding the words "except as permitted
by the preceding sections of this Act" after the word
"intentionally" on line 50 of said bill.

6. Amend by striking out the whole of "section 78 C"
of said bill.

7. Amend by adding the word "gunpowder" after the
word "dynamite" on line 85 of said bill.

8. Amend by striking out the words "or any poison,
acid or any other substance" on lines 85 and 86 of said
bill.

9. Amend by adding the words "gunpowder or other
explosive substances" after the word "dynamite" on line
99 of said bill.

10. Amend by adding the words "or for the purpose
of taking shad, herring and mullets" at the end of sec-
tion 78 E, of said bill.

11. Amend by adding the words "except between the
first day of April and the third day of May, " both in-
clusive, after the words "at any time' on line 118 of the
bill.

At the end of section 78 G, add the following; "pro-
vided that the provisions of this Act shall not apply to
Harford, Cecil, Baltimore, Kent, Queen Anne's,
Somerset, Wicomico and Worcester. "
