House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 121 of Article 23 of the Code of
Public General Laws, title 'Corporations, ' sub-title 'In-
surance Department. "

Which was read a second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act giving consent of the State
of Maryland to the acquisition by purchase or condemna-
tion by the United States of a lot or parcel of land in the
city of Westminster, in Carroll county, Maryland, for the
purpose of erecting thereon a budding for a postoffice. "

Which was read a second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 461, of
Article 4, Public Local Laws, entitled 'City of Baltimore, '
sub-title 'Gas Companies, ' as amended and re-enacted by
chapter 123, of the Acts of 1898, and re-enact the same
with amendments. "

owing to any employee for services rendered to any
railway company, operating in the State of Maryland,
priority to all other claims. "
