Leave was granted to the Committee on Library to in-
troduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 2, of
chapter 311, of the Acts passed by the General Assembly
of Maryland at the session of 1898, entitled 'An Act to
provide for the placing of the statues of distinguished
deceased citizens of Maryland, in the Hall of Statuary in
the Capitol at Washington, and to appropriate a sum of
money therefor, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments. "
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to amend the char-
ter of the Home of the All Saints' Sisters of the Poor of
Baltimore city. "
On motion of Mr. Stewart,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to grant and declare
the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of
Maryland to a sale and conveyance by Dorcas C. Scarf
to the vestry of Trinity Church, Long Green, in Balti-
more county, and to holding said lot or parcel of ground by
the said The Vestry of Trinity Church, Long Green, in
Baltimore county, in fee simple, with full power to dis-
pose of the same. "
On motion of Mr, Dunn,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to amend the charter
of the Institute of Mission Helpers of Baltimore city, a
corporation heretofore formed under the General Laws
of this State, and to regulate the mode of election of of-
ficers and members of the said corporation. "

Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to in-
troduce a bill entitled "An Act to refund money errone-
