The State Printers shall receive for the roster $600 for
the one thousand copies, which sum is hereby ordered to
be paid out of the money appropriated by the Act of
1898, chapter 409, for the State printing of the General
Assembly of 1900, or out of any other money unappro-
priated by any Act of Assembly for the printing of the
Session of 1900, and the Comptroller is hereby authorized
and directed to pay said sum of money out of the money
appropriated in the manner above mentioned to the said
Wm. J. C. Dulany Co., on an order issued by the chair-
man of the Committee on Printing, of the House of Dele-
gates, January Session, 1900, and the said order shall be
issued by the Chairman of the Printing Committee afore-
said on the presentation to him by the Wm. J. C. Dulaney
Company of the certificate from the State Librarian that
the said copies of the roster so ordered have been de-
livered to the State Librarian.
The State Librarian shall receive the said copies and
upon receipt thereof shall issue to the said Wm. J. C.
Dulaney Company the certificate of the delivery of the
same, and the said State Librarian shall thereafter dis-
tribute the roster according to the terms of this order.
Upon the completion of said roster, according to the
terms of this order, a board consisting of the Secretary
of State, the Adjutant General and the Chairman of the
Committee on Militia of this House, or a majority of
them, shall certify the same and, upon said certificate,
the Librarian shall receive said rosters and issue the
certificate to the State Printer provided for in this
order.
