House bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction and
consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to the be-
quest contained in the last will and testament of Wm. R.
Acton, late of Charles county, deceased, of $100, to and
for the use and benefit of the Vestry of Port Tobacco
Parish, under the name of the Vestry of St. Paul's P. E,
Church. "

Which was read a first time.

Also, favorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to add three new sections
to Article 12, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'Garrett County, ' sub-title 'Jurors, ' providing for the se-
lection and drawing of jurors in said county, said sec-
tions to follow 127, and to be designated as 'Sections 127
A, 127 B and 127 C. ' "

Also, favorably, with proposed amendment,

House bill entitled "An Act to give all wages due and
owing to any employee for services rendered to any rail-
road company operating in the State of Maryland, priority
of all other claims.

House bill entitled "An Act supplemental to chapter
219 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of

State of Maryland to the acquisition by purchase or con-
demnation by the United States of a lot or parcel of land
