the Old National Pike or Green street extended, in said
city, and to provide for the grading, paving or macade-
mizing, sewering, and otherwise improving said Fayette
street and the extension of the same commonly known
as 'Sulpher Spring Hollow Road, ' within the proposed
extended corporate limits and to provide for the pay-
ment of the costs of said improvement. "

House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Cen-
tury Insurance Company of Baltimore city, of Maryland. "

with amendments, section 59, of Article 11, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title 'Frederick County, ' sub-title
'Birds and Game, ' as enacted by chapter 309, of the Acts
of 1890. "

grossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to appropriate a sum of
money to defray the expenses of a Joint Committee to
define and establish the boundary line between the State
of Maryland and the State of Virginia, along the Poto-
mac river. "

grossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 311 C,
311 D, 311 B, 311 F and 311 G, of Article 11 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Frederick
County, ' sub-title 'Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks, ' as
enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, by chap-
ter 201 of the Acts passed at the January Session in the
year 1892, and to re-enact said section with amend-
ments. "

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Strike out the whole of section 311 C, and insert in
'lieu thereof the following:

"Section 311 C. Any person who may wish to sell spirit-
uous or fermented liquors or lager beer in quantities less
