Act there shall be issued summons as is usual in actions
at law, and such summons shall be served upon both
debtor and garnishee. "

House bill entitled "An Act to pay James J. Collins,
Joseph Bradley, Martin Welsh, James Edwards, Albert
Hodges and Arnold Thelbegenk, seamen employed on the
schooner 'M. M Davis, ' the sum of $270, indemnity to
them for the loss of money and other personal property
aboard said schooner, which was sunk by collision with
the State steamer Robert M. McLane. ' "

Amend section 1 as follows:

"In line 4 of printed bill after the word "of" strike out
the word "fifty" and insert in lieu thereof the word "ten. "
In said line after the word "of, " strike out the word
"forty-five" and insert in lieu thereof the word "ten. "

In line 5 after the word "of, " strike out the words
"forty-five" and insert in lieu thereof the word "ten. "

In line 21, after the word "of, " strike out the words
"forty-five" and insert in lieu thereof the word "ten. "

In line 24, after the word "of, " strike out the words
"forty-five" and insert in lieu thereof the word "ten. "

In line 7, after the word "of, " strike out the words
'forty-five" and insert in lieu thereof the word "ten. "

In line 3 of title (printed bill) after the word "of, "
strike out the words "two hundred and seventy-five" and
insert in lieu thereof the word "sixty. "
