House bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower
the Mayor and City Council of Pocomoke city, Maryland,
to contract first with the owners of the present Electric
Light plant in said city to furnish to said city the power
to run their present water plant, or secondly to contract
to furnish to the electric light plant sufficient power to
run said plant, and in the event of said last mentioned
contract being made the said Mayor and Council of Poco-
moke city are authorized and empowered to borrow the
sum of $1, 500, or to much thereof as may be necessary
to enable them to purchase the necessary engines, etc. "

chapter repealed and re enacted section 214, of Article
10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Dorchester
' County, ' and sections 155 and 162, of Article 21, of Code
of Public Local Laws, title 'Talbot County, ' sub-title
'Oysters; ' also sections 157, 158, 160, 161 of said Article
21, of Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Talbot County, '
and sections 245, 246, 247, 248, 249, 250, 251, of said Ar-
ticle 10, Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Dorchester
County, ' sub-title 'Oysters; ' also chapter 514 of Acts
passed at January session 1890, which said chapter re-
pealed and re-enacted sections 156, 159 of said Article
21, of Code of Public Local Laws., title 'Talbot County, '
sub-title 'Oysters, ' as well as added sub-section 155 A
thereto; also chapter 178 of Acts passed at January ses-
sion 1894, which repealed and re-enacted section 164 of
said Article 21,. of Code of Public Laws, title 'Talbot
County, ' also chapter 403, of Acts of 1898. "

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments sections 244, 245, 248, 249, 250 and 251 of
Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Dor-
chester County, ' sub-title 'Oysters, ' and to repeal And re-
enact with amendments sections I55, 156, 159, 160, 161
and 162 of Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
and all amendments and re-enactments of said sections
